Crisis and Referral Information

 

If you need assistance contacting a provider within the FloridaSDC network or if you are looking for potential providers, First Call may be able to help you. First Call is a directory of human services within the area.

First Call operators are available to talk to you when you are feeling down,
anxious or in crisis. This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

For other crisis services, you may call Mental Health Resource Center (MHRC) or the Mental Health Center of Jacksonville (MHCJ). These Centers provide crisis intervention and emergency evaluations for adult residents of Duval, Clay and Nassau County.

Clay Behavioral Health Center offers the Adult Crisis Alternative Program (ACAP). This program is a short-term facility that may be used by individuals in crisis, but not in need of emergency hospitalization.
